...

Hi!!!

...

There is a mouse near me. He is creeping toward me, ever so slowly and gently, across the carpet, snoofing with his little snoofler, for crumbs.

Little soft mouse, there are no more crumbs, I fear. You have visited for many days and you have eaten all of the floor crumbs, my dear my dear!

He usually runs away when I look at him with my predatorily-front-facing-eyed face, but now he is minding his own business.

He moves in a circular way, around whatever he is snoofing, by shuffling his behind left or right. Now he examines what looks like the discarded filter of a cigarette.

And he sniffs and waggles his little mouse nose, and twitches his mouse whiskers.

I can only imagine the vibration of the mouse-frequency, to be that small and fast, with fragile delicate bones and a heart that beats at (according to the Google) 310-840 BPM.

I shifted my right leg over top of my left, and he darted to safety behind the fan, and began to traverse an obstacle course of cables and wires.

AH! And now he gets closer than ever before, daring to approach to a distance of two feet from my seat! Well, as soon as I noticed him again with my predator face he darted.

I love you, tiny mouse! Don't be afraid! Come sit by my midi controller and make music with me!!!
